I’m Thomas, and my journey to becoming a coach has been shaped by a lifetime of diverse experiences that have taught me the power of resilience, empathy, and connection. Born in a small Pennsylvania town to Austrian immigrant parents, I was raised in a large, close-knit family that instilled in me the importance of relationships, community, and hard work.

I faced my own life challenges, including the devastating loss of my wife to cancer and a subsequent divorce. These personal experiences brought me face-to-face with grief, pain, and the intense process of rebuilding from the ground up. I also trained at the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) in California, where I studied the principles of coaching and deepened my understanding of human growth.

Navigating the complexities of loss and rebuilding through some of my darkest moments gave me a unique perspective on life’s fragility and the resilience required to overcome hardship.
