Day 1: Set Your Champion Standard

This journey starts in your mind, not your muscles.

🧠 Ask yourself: Who do you want to become for your kids? Your family? Yourself?

📌 ACTION STEP: Write down your ‘Champion Standard’ in 1 sentence. Example: ‘I am a
strong, energized, present father who leads by example.’

Day 2: The Dad-Bod Wake-Up Workout

A quick, 10-minute routine you can do before the house wakes up.
✅ 10 pushups
✅ 20 bodyweight squats
✅ 30-second plank
✅ 20 jumping jacks
✅ Repeat once if you have time

📌 ACTION STEP: Do this every morning for the next 5 days.

Day 3: Nutrition Without Meal Prepping

You don’t need 6 Tupperware containers and boiled chicken.

Focus on these 3 high-protein, easy meals/snacks:
🥚 Eggs + 🥑 Avocado Toast
🥤 Protein Shake + 🍌 Banana
🌯 Rotisserie Chicken Wrap

☀  Get 10 minutes of morning sunlight

Day 6: The Fit Father Formula

🗓Here’s a sample weekly schedule that works with your life:
🏋️‍♂️ Mon – Full Body (30 min)
🚶 Tues – Walk or active play with kids
💪 Wed – Upper Body
🧘 Thurs – Walk or mobility
🦵 Fri – Lower Body
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦  Sat/Sun – Rest or family movement
