strong, energized, present father who leads by example.’
Day 2: The Dad-Bod Wake-Up Workout
A quick, 10-minute routine you can do before the house wakes up.
✅ 10 pushups
✅ 20 bodyweight squats
✅ 30-second plank
✅ 20 jumping jacks
✅ Repeat once if you have time
📌 ACTION STEP: Do this every morning for the next 5 days.
Day 3: Nutrition Without Meal Prepping
You don’t need 6 Tupperware containers and boiled chicken.
Focus on these 3 high-protein, easy meals/snacks:
